If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right. You have 10 calendar days from the day you received the product (that’s in dispute) to notify us by email to initiate a claim for an exchange or return. For faster results, please provide the order number and pictures of the product. 

Worn clothing and files that have already been downloaded does not qualify for a refund.

Once your claim is approved, you’ll have 15 calendar days to return your item(s). You can return items for free by mail with the return label provided by us. Please provide a copy of receipt with order number with your return. We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.

NOTE: ALL WORN CLOTHING AND ALREADY DOWNLOADED FILES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

THIS PRODUCT IS A DIGITAL FILE. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED.

All custom invitations are created after completion of payment.

Invitation size: 5" (w) x 7" (h) • PDF format.

When customizing this invitation, please provide:

• Age (For Birthday invitation)
• Date & Time
• Event Location / Address
• RSVP Information (if any)
• Other Important Information

FOR PHOTO INVITATIONS ONLY: Once order is completed, a email request will be sent to upload a 300 dpi or higher image. Each photo will be evaluated to ensure high quality for printing.

All digital proofs will be send via email to email address provided within 24-48 hours after completion of purchase. Once purchaser approves all content of digital file, a downloadable high resolution file will be sent via email. No changes will be allowed after this process. This digital file may be downloaded and printed at any print shop or home.

You may share the file with friends and family through email, text and social media.
