REFUND: Air•it Events, LLC reserves the right to decline and refuse any Inflatable rental if there is any sign of severe weather including but not limited to rain, hail, sleet, snow, high winds, etc. Air•it Events, LLC should not be liable shall held harmless for injuries or damages caused by: rain, hail, snow, storms, high winds, floods, or any other disturbance of nature while the inflatable is in your care. Air•it Events, LLC understands that life happens. Therefore, we make every effort to satisfy our customers. Please call or email us to cancel your reservation. You must cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the reserved date to receive a full refund. Canceling 48 hours or less prior to the reserved date will be subject to only a 75% refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Free local delivery and set-up in Jackson County / MO.
Cities that are not within Jackson County will be charged a one time fee of $40 delivery and set-up fee as long as they are within 15 miles outside of Jackson County.
We will be closed on ALL major holidays and on the following dates:

• Thanksgiving Eve (November 23, 2022)
• Thanksgiving (November 24, 2022)
• Christmas Eve (December 24, 2022)
• Christmas Day (December 25, 2022)
• New Year's Eve (December 31, 2022
• New Year's Day (January 1, 2023)
Vacation Dates: June 23 - June 29 and October 8 - 9
